It’s no secret that Gareth Bale’s 9 years at Real Madrid will come to an end this summer. The winger has not been the first choice winger since 2019 as his game time is getting reduced season after season. In this season he has only featured for less than 300 minutes. So in everyone’s mind there’s a doubt that where will Bale play after his Madrid chapter gets over.

Many are believing that a return to the Premier League is highly possible but it does not mean that it’s done and confirmed. In fact the Spanish media are reporting that Real Madrid’s arch rivals both Atletico Madrid and Barcelona are interested in signing him. Attack is definitely an area that Diego Simeone’s side needs to strengthen as Luis Suarez is expected to depart this summer at the end of his contract.
Bale of course has the World Cup in mind which is going to happen later this year and Wales are just 1 game away from qualifying for the tournament. Which is why he won’t be looking to sit on bench for an another european side and instead look to play more minutes. His representatives have also made contact with MLS teams too. His reunion with Spurs too would always be an option. There’s also talk of a return home for Bales to Cardiff city as they are interested in signing him too. All in all Bale has a lot of options to choose from for his next club.
