4. Sean McVay – Los Angeles Rams: $14 million

5. Mike Tomlin – Pittsburgh Steelers: $12.5 million
In his only second season of coaching career, Mike had a Super Bowl win to his name. Surprisingly, he previously had no head coaching experience prior to singing with the Steelers.
