5. Sir Kenny Dalglish
Sir Kenny Dalglish, a legend at Liverpool and Blackburn, was the only manager to challenge Sir Alex Ferguson’s Manchester United during the 1993–94 and 1994-95 seasons. An Alan Shearer inspired Blackburn Rovers went from Second Division regulars to winning the title, fighting till the death on both seasons, surprisingly beating the then-dominant Red Devils in the 94/95 season to the PL title. The Spanish manager has his list of accolades outside of Manchester City that is enough to dub him as one of the best, and his work at the blue side of Manchester is nothing short of a miracle. The Centurions are considered one of the greatest teams of all time after winning 100 points in a single season in 2017-18.
