Liverpool Sponsors 2021/22-Standard Chartered

Standard Chartered is an English origin banking and financial services company which is the main principal sponsor of Liverpool FC since they first came together in 2010. This deal generates staggering revenues worth around £ 40 M per annum. The latest extension to this huge deal came in the year 2018 which saw a substantial increase of £ 10 M over the previous deal and will run through the 2022/23 season.

Liverpool Sponsors 2021/22-AXA

The French Origin insurance firm, AXA came together with Liverpool in October 2018 when they became their global insurance sponsor in a four-year deal. The deal came into life in the latter part of their deal. When both the parties mutually decided to make AXA the official sponsor for the training kits of Liverpool. This deal was worth £ 20 M per year.

Liverpool Sponsors 2021/22-Expedia

The American origin online tour and travel company became the Official sleeve sponsor of Liverpool for their matchday kits through a deal signed by both the parties in October 2020 and it will run until the end of 2022/23 season. This American travel company Expedia have successfully made a name for themselves in the hearts of Liverpool supporters.

And have successfully replaced its predecessor Western Union who have ended their agreement prematurely having signed the deal with the Reds in August 2017.


Liverpool Sponsors 2021/22-Carlsberg

The Danish origin legendary brewery company became an official sponsor of Liverpool back in 1992 with the latest extension coming in May 2019 in a form of deal mutually signed by both Liverpool and Carlsberg that will run down until 2024. Thus making this deal the longest in Premier League history. 

Carlsberg in the memory of late Bill Shankly, the iconic manager of Liverpool, a red pilsner to commemorate the legendary former manager of Liverpool to play in an all-red kit.

Global Sponsors 


Liverpool Sponsors 2021/22-1XBET

Liverpool and the Cyprus origin betting company came together in a multi-year deal signed in July 2019. Thus making 1XBET the official global betting partner of Liverpool. However ‘three of the big six’ Liverpool, Chelsea and Spurs decided to suspend their partnership with 1XBET over allegations involving betting on Children’s sports, cockfighting and illegal Premier League streams.

However with all that being said and done, 1XBET again listed as one of the Global Sponsor for Liverpool during the start of 2022 season in the club’s official website. Ironic huh!


Liverpool Sponsors 2021/22-MG

The Chinese origin British automobile brand first came into the limelight when it joined hands with Liverpool in February 2016 making MG the official automotive design and manufacturer in China. Liverpool upgraded the deal and made it their global sponsor for countries like Asia, the Middle East, Australia, South America and North Africa. 

This deal also grants MG the permission to promote the player’s image rights and to use them as club themed car covers and other merchandise.
