Moving to Chelsea in the 2000-01 season, Hasselbaink 23 goals to finish the season as the top scorer for the second time.

He was the sixth Englishman to win the award and the second to win the Golden Boot . Owen received his first award in the 1997-98 season when he scored 18 goals representing Liverpool FC. He made it two consecutive wins the following season with the same 18 goals for the Reds.
3.Harry Kane – Golden Boots – 3 times
Tottenham Hotspur forward and captain Harry Kane is the first player in the current EPL era to be awarded three Golden Boots.
