“Biwi ko chhor du?” Fans left in splits as the hilarious interaction between Ashish Nehra and Yuzvendra Chahal goes viral

The duo has earlier been associated with Royal Challengers Bangalore in the previous seasons.

Former Indian Pacer Ashish Nehra has been making the headlines after his successful stint as the Coach of this year’s IPL winner Gujarat Titans. The Pandya-Nehra bond seems like a match made in heaven. Nehra has also been appreciated for his off the field techniques. However, recently he was seen having a candid and hilarious interaction with leg-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal in a short clip that is making rounds on social media platforms. Chahal was part of Rajasthan Royals (RR) in IPL 2022. He has formerly worked with Nehra at Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB).

The video which left fans bust their gut laughing

The viral video seems to be of a party where all guests are seen heading for their homes. Nehra is seen in the video, urging the leg spinner to come with him on the bus. Chahal, however, denied the former pacer’s request, stating that he wanted to accompany his wife Dhanshree Verma.

After his wife Dhanashree enters the car, Chahal is also seen heading in that direction. Shortly after Chahal reached the car, Nehra is heard telling Chahal, “Abe tu idhar bus mein aa (come with me on the bus)”.

Chahal replied, “Bus mein nahi jaana mujhe (I don’t want to travel on the bus).” When the GT coach asked the leggie for the reason, Chahal said, “Biwi ko kaha chor du main (How can I leave my wife alone).” Nehra replied, “Biwi bhi aayegi humare saath bus mein (she will also come with us on the bus).”

Fans flooded social media, asking if the pair were drunk. Some of the comments read, “Dono (both of them) full tight”, “They are drunk”, “Yuzi is high”, “Yuzi drunk”, “chahal looks different, nashe mein hain kya vai (Is he high)!

Chahal was the leading wicket-taker in the IPL 2022 with 27 wickets and also faced off with Nehra’s team in the final of IPL 2022 on May 29. Nehra’s GT won the game by seven wickets and 11 balls to spare, bagging their maiden title.
