WWE Comeback- Emma makes a WWE comeback to accept Ronda Rousey’s open challenge on SmackDown

Emma makes a WWE comeback to challenge Ronda Rousey's open challenge, as previously Women's Champion Ronda Rousey presented an open challenge.

On the most recent episode of the blue brand, SmackDown, Emma makes a WWE comeback to accept the Baddest Woman, Ronda Rousey’s open challenge. Previously, SmackDown Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey presented an open challenge for her championship. Emma responded once she had returned (real-life Tenille Dashwood).

Emma’s Previous Venture on WWE and rumored returned

The WWE fired Emma on October 29, 2017. She continued to establish herself in IMPACT Wrestling, where she and Madison Rayne held the Knockouts World Tag Team Championship.

Ronda Rousey said last week on SmackDown that she will offer an open challenge for her title this week during a backstage segment. It was a rumour that Emma would be backstage during WWE SmackDown and could respond to the challenge and hence it was not a very big surprise for the WWE fans.

Emma makes a WWE comeback: Match Highlights

She ran into The Baddest Woman on the Planet in her first match back in WWE, confirming the suspicions. Rousey repeatedly threw her in judo, and she eventually locked in a submission grip on the mat. During the match, Emma used a modified German suplex and a clothesline on the women’s champion.

When Ronda Rousey placed Emma in an ankle lock, it appeared that the match was finished, but Emma was able to break free. After a Piper’s Pit and an armbar, the opponent can only tap out, giving Rousey the victory.

What awaits the Wrestling star after her eagerly anticipated comeback to the organisation is still unknown. It would be a very interesting segment for the WWE fans as Emma is back after many years.
