Lio Rush returns to NJPW (New Japan Pro Wrestling) at Rumble on 44th Street. Rush entered the ring for the Japanese promotion for the first time in months at this time. Also, At Rumble on 44th Street, YOH and Rocky Romero participated in the fight. Rush made an appearance after their tag team contest with Yujiro Takahashi and SHO of the Bullet Club. The former WWE NXT Cruiserweight Champion defeated SHO while working with YOH.

YOH, a six-time NJPW champion, is presently a part of the illustrious CHAOS group. Shinsuke Nakamura, a current WWE star, is also a member of the gang, which is currently headed by Kazuchika Okada.
He teased the possibility of joining the faction with Rush’s help. More intriguingly, he shared a backstage shot of himself and YOH on Twitter. His caption drew a lot of attention.

Lio Rush has made multiple appearances in New Japan Pro Wrestling. He issued a warning to NJPW’s junior heavyweight class during the Capital Collision event in May.
Rush and Rocky Romero, another member of CHAOS, have previously partnered up, albeit he hasn’t recently battled in a New Japan ring.
After missing the PWG Battle of Los Angeles 2022 due to a shoulder injury, the 27-year-old made a comeback to the ring in October. The return of Rush to the ring in a NJPW ring is now highly anticipated by fans.

Rush was the youngest NXT Cruiserweight Champion while working for WWE. He was the victor of the 2018 United Kingdom Championship Invitational and managed Bobby Lashley in WWE. Altough, Rush is also a musician but currently he is signed to New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW).
