Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur or Manchester United, which team will come out on top?

The Top 4 battle of the Premier League this season is coming down to the wire with Manchester United, Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur in contention for the 4th spot which is up for grabs. Arsenal and Spurs have played 33 games each with scoring 60 and 58 points respectively whereas Manchester United have played 35 games and scored 55 points. Realistically it’s a battle between Arsenal and Spurs for the 4th spot, United would need an enormous amount of help from other teams who could defeat Arsenal and Spurs so that they could qualify for the Champions League.

Manchester United

They are not having the beautiful season that everyone expected of them after a very good summer transfer window. They signed arguably the best player in the world Cristiano Ronaldo along with the likes of Jadon Sancho and Raphael Varane which was looking terrifying at the start of the season. But throughout the season United were inconsistent and were relying on solo performances by their star players like Ronaldo as they did not had a clear idea of playing which is now costing them their Champions League spot. With only winning 1 of their last 5 games, it really looks unlikely for Manchester United to finish in the top 4 and it would take the impossible for United to gain Champions League football next season.

Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur

With only 2 points separating both these teams and they both have 5 games left to play this season. It’s really heating up between these 2 teams for the last spot to play Champions League football next season and it could really come down to the last matchday for the result. Arsenal have done a commendable job by winning against their arch-rivals Chelsea and Manchester United in their last 2 games, cause these 2 teams could have dissolved the hopes of Arsenal for finishing in the top 4. Whereas Spurs have stumbled up in their last 2 games where they have lost one and drawn the other, so this weekend they’ll take on a tricky opponent like Leicester who may cause an upset. But Spurs simply have to win this game cause the next game is against Liverpool at Anfield which would be next to a guaranteed defeat. Arsenal too have a tricky game this weekend as it’s their London derby against West Ham which would certainly be a difficult game for them.

So with all this in mind, it’s all down to the North-London derby when Spurs will host Arsenal on the 12th of May, with both teams giving it all to play the Champions League next season it would be a gem of a match as it will be Conte vs Arteta.
