Robin Uthappa plays for Chennai Super King in the Indian Premier League and has made 4,722 runs in 193 matches. Not only Uthappa has played for CSK but also for other teams, including Kolkata Knight Riders, Mumbai Indians, Pune Warriors, Rajasthan Royals, and Royal Challengers Bangalore. Uthappa has 24 fifties and is a very good keeper-batsman in the Indian Premier League.

8. MS Dhoni

Our very own Mahendra Singh Dhoni, best known as a Captain in all formats of cricket, played 204 matches, winning 121 and losing 82. He is the captain with the highest percentage of 59.60% winning chances in IPL history, spanning about 2008–2021. Dhoni, in his IPL career, has made 4,746 runs in 220 matches. He is also known for making the most expulsions as a wicket-keeper in the IPL, with 161 wickets in 214 matches. Dhoni played with the Chennai Super Kings and the Rising Pune Supergiants.

7. CH Gayle

“Universe boss” or “king of the IPL”, Christopher Henry Gayle is a destructive batter and the world’s most powerful batsman. In his performance in the Indian Premier League, he made 4,965 runs in 142 matches. Gayle has played with Kings XI Punjab, Kolkata Knight Riders, Punjab Kings, and Royal Challengers Bangalore. In the T20 Cricket match, he has the highest run-score of 175 runs in 66 balls.

6. AB de Villiers

Abraham Benjamin de Villiers is an outstanding South African cricketer who was selected in the Wisden Cricketers of the Decade in 2019 and who is known as the Man of Destruction in Cricket. In his IPL career, he made 5,162 runs in 184 matches. With his Excellence, he scored 133 runs in MI vs RCB game. Simultaneously won 24 Man of the Match Trophies breaking the record in the Indian Premier League.

5. David Warner

The Captain of the Australian National Team is David Warner. His career in the Indian Premier League was accomplished to make 5,449 runs in 150 matches. He played for the Delhi Daredevils and the Sunrisers Hyderabad. In this 2022 mega auction, Warner was acquired by the Delhi Capitals as an opening batter. He is the first cricketer to complete 50 fifties as a left-handed batsman in his 148th IPL match.

4. Suresh Raina

3. Rohit Sharma
