(5) 3rd July, 2018: 101 in T20I vs England
The first T20I match of the 3-match series between India and England in 2018 resulted in India’s success as Kl Rahul smashed 101 runs off mere 54 balls. This ton ensured India’s victory against England as it helped to make it seem like a cakewalk while they chased down the opponent team’s target of 160 runs. Rahul also gave a statement post-match stating that this century ‘meant the world’ to him as his previous international centuries were about 2 years ago.

KL Rahul struggled during the beginning phases of the 2019 World Cup matches. He was not able to transform his opening innings into pivotal scores. This century is one of the classiest in the list of 5 best innings of KL Rahul. KL Rahul smashed a knock of 158 runs off 303 balls and helped India take a 162-run lead vs West Indies. He scored 15 boundaries along with 3 huge sixes. Later, Shannon Gabriel dismissed Rahul but by this time India already had a reasonable score. This was the 3rd Test century for KL Rahul, he also experienced some cramps during the game, but continued his innings after Kohli joined him on the crease.

(1) 18th December, 2016: 199 in Test vs England:
After Mohammed Azharuddin, KL Rahul is only the second Indian batsman to be dismissed on 199. This was his 4th Test century, missing his double-century by 1 run. Rahul scored a total of 199 runs off 311 balls which included sixteen long boundaries and three big sixes.
KL Rahul maintained a partnership with the overnight batsman Parthiv Patel (71) and made a 152-run opening stand. It was also India’s first century opening partnership in 32 innings.
