Ronaldo forced to stay at Manchester United?

Ronaldo running out of options

According to various reports, the likes of Bayern Munich, Chelsea and PSG have rejected the opportunity to sign the Portuguese sensation Cristiano Ronaldo. The United and Real Madrid legend wants to play Champions League football next season as he is in the last few years of his career. But now it seems like he is running out of options and it is not ruled out that he might stay at Manchester United and play in the Europa League. However, it is not ruled out that a team changes their mind to sign the striker as he is one of the greatest goalscorers of all time.

Now United supporters have a mixed opinion on Ronaldo staying cause some are happy about it and some are not. The ones who are not would consider it a blessing in disguise if the striker leaves as they believe that he is the one is stopping the rebuild process and if he leaves it would be great for the Red Devils in the long term. However United would need to replace him and the goals that he provides too but the one thing the supporters are concerned is that they do not sign a player who is sort of an emergency signing and is like a third-choice striker for them.

If the Red Devils look at the way Liverpool and Ctiy operate, it would be really helpful for them as they never sign a player in panic cause last summer City wanted to sign Kane but they did not get him and hence they waited for another year and signed Haaland. So that’s what United need to do cause if they do not get a striker this summer, they might as well sign a top-quality midfielder or defender for the club instead of singing a third-choice striker like Cavani. All in all, it would be interesting to see how this transfer saga develops.
