F.C Barcelona ( 2007-12)

Pep Guardiola is one of the winningest managers in the history of football. On the other hand he won a total of 34 trophies as a manager, more than any other manager in football history.

Pep Guardiola’s managerial career started at Barcelona B, where he helped develop young players like Lionel Messi, Andres Iniesta, and Xavi Hernandez.

Later he took over as manager of Barcelona’s first team in 2008. In his four seasons at Barcelona, Pep won 14 trophies, including two La Liga titles and two Champions League titles.

Bayern Munich ( 2013-16)

In 2012, Pep decided to take a break from football management. He returned to coaching in 2013 and on 16 January 2013 it was agreed that Pep Guardiola will take as the manager of Bayern Munich.

 In his first season at Bayern, Pep won the Bundesliga title and the DFB-Pokal. The following season, he led Bayern to their fifth consecutive Bundesliga title and their sixth DFB-Pokal win under his management.

But he couldn’t make Bayern win the Champions League under his management. He had the last chance on 3rd May 2016 against Atletico Madrid in the Champions League Semi-final but got defeated 1-0. 

2015-16 was his last season with Bayern and he finished his journey with 82 wins, 11 draws, and nine losses in the Bundesliga with a record of 14 wins three draws and no losses in the DFB-Pokal. In UEFA Champions League he had a 23 wins record, five draws, and eight losses.

Manchester City ( 2016-

Pep Guardiola is one of the most successful managers in the history of football. He has won titles with Barcelona, Bayern Munich, and Manchester City.

 He won the Premier League title and the League Cup in his first season at City. The following season, he guided City to an unprecedented clean sweep of all four domestic trophies, becoming the first-ever manager to win all four competitions in one season.

Under Pep’s management, City has also set numerous Premier League records, including the most points in a single season (100), and most wins in a single season (32)

Guardiola joined Manchester City in 2016 and has since won four Premier League titles (2017-18, 2018-19, 2020-21), an FA Cup (2018-19), a four times League Cup Champion(2017-18, 2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21) and, two times Community Shield winner (2018-19 and 2109-2020). He has also been named Premier League Manager of the Year twice
