Raj Angad Bawa was born on 12th November, 2002 (age 19 years; as of 2022) in Nahan, Himachal Pradesh. He did his schooling from DAV Public School, Chandigarh. As a kid, Raj was always attracted towards dance, drama and songs. Even during his school, he would take part in competitions that included all of these interests. Not to mention, his father, Sukhwinder Singh Bawa, in an interview said that he was worried about Raj becoming an actor and not a cricketer or a sportsperson. Raj Bawa’s family is basically from Chandigarh. His father Sukhwinder Bawa is a cricket coach and has trained many Indian cricketers such as Yuvraj Singh and VRV Singh. In addition, his father was a former hockey player and played for Haryana Junior Team. Also, he got selected for the Indian U-19 Team and played until he was 22 when he suffered a slip-disc and had to leave hockey for health issues.
