IPL 2022 begins on March 26. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) announced the tournament schedule on Sunday (March 6th). The 10 participating teams have been divided into two groups of five like the 2011 edition. Each team will be playing the other four teams in its respective group twice. And four teams of the other group once and rest teams once. In all, one team will be playing 14 matches in the tournament. The top four teams in the points table make it to the playoffs.All the matches will be played in only four venues in Maharashtra – three in Mumbai and one in Pune.
