Watch Stars gathering At Lord’s: MS Dhoni, Sachin Tendulkar, Sourav Ganguly, Harbhajan Singh, Suresh Raina In Attendance

From Sachin Tendulkar to Sourav Ganguly, from Suresh Raina to MS Dhoni, the stars of Indian cricket weren't just on the field but in the stands as well for the England-India Lord's ODI.

The second ODI between India and England at Lord’s on Thursday will be a great opportunity for the Rohit Sharma-led visitors to seal the series. India had won the first ODI of the three-match contest by 10 wickets. To watch the match, several former Indian cricket team stars including MS Dhoni, Sourav Ganguly, Sachin Tendulkar, Harbhajan Singh, Suresh Raina were present at the Lord’s. “7+ 3 = a complete 10” tweeted Chennai Super Kings with an image of Dhoni and Raina together.

Dhoni had also recently celebrated his birthday in London. He was joined by players from the India squad including Rishabh Pant, Mohammed Siraj and Shubman Gill for the celebrations. And has been in touch with the Indian players over the course. The 41-year old had also made an appearance at the Centre Court in Wimbledon on the eve of his birthday.

Other former stars like Ganguly and Sachin were also seen watching the match together.

Joining him were former India World Cup winners, Suresh Raina and Harbhajan Singh. The second England-India ODI takes place a day after the 20 year anniversary of India’s win over England in the Natwest Series Final in 2002, one of the most memorable wins in their cricket history. A win that saw the now BCCI president and then India captain wave his shirt from the Lord’s balcony.

Earlier, India skipper Rohit Sharma won the toss and opted to field against England in the second ODI of the three-match series at the Lord’s stadium on Thursday. The outing wasn’t a memorable one for the Men in blue as they were handed a defeat by the hosts by a huge margin of 100 runs.
