The Misery doesn’t seem to end for the Delhi Capitals as their star opener Prithvi Shaw gets admitted to the hospital due to a high fever on Sunday. However, he has tested negative for Covid. Delhi Capitals have been getting blows after blows this season, 2 weeks back DC’s few players and management staff tested positive for the Covid virus and now another player gets down with fever.

Prithvi pens down a gratitude post for his fans
Shaw posted on Instagram a photo from his hospital bed informing about his recovery and thanked his fans for their wishes.
“Admitted to hospital and recovering from fever. Thank you all for your good wishes. Will be back in action soon,”

Despite these, Delhi has been performing decently in the tournament, they currently occupy the fifth spot. With tonight’s game against the Chennai Super Kings, a victory will take them to the playoff qualifying position.
