“It was a tough weekend, a lot of driving. I had the opportunity to drive in FP1 on Friday, then I struggled a bit in qualifying and it was a very stressful weekend,” said the Frenchman. The 20-year-old Theo is a reserve driver for Alfa Romeo.

Pourchaire finished fifth in the race, a position sufficient to maintain a lead over his title rival Frederik Vesti, who settled for third place, falling short by 11 points.
Victor Martins, Pourchaire’s teammate at ART Grand Prix, secured second place, securing a title double for the French team.
The race unfolded with Doohan leading from pole position, while Vesti aimed for early progress on medium tires. Pourchaire opted for softs and made a strategic pit stop on Lap 7. In a compelling duel, Theo Pourchaire successfully fended off Vesti’s charge for several laps, utilizing DRS to his advantage.
Vesti eventually overtook Pourchaire but faced drama on the final lap when battling Zane Maloney. Despite a wheel-to-wheel encounter, Vesti secured third place, while Pourchaire’s fifth-place finish solidified his championship triumph.
Martins’ podium finish earned him the rookie of the year honors, contributing to ART Grand Prix’s impressive season. Doohan’s unchallenged victory marked his third Feature Race win of the season.
