Riva hails from a family with political background as she is the niece of a Congress politician, Hari Singh Solanki. However, Riva is a Bhartiya Janata Party’s member (BJP). In the year 2020, she was also appointed as the head of the Karni Sena.
They met at the perfect timing when Jadeja’s parents and his sister were bugging him to get married. The beautiful couple got acquainted initially at a party. Not to mention, Riva was a very good friend of the cricketer’s sister, Naina. In an interview, Jadeja himself revealed that it was ‘love at first sight’ for the all-rounder and that he had found Riva to be attractive, educated and understanding.
