“So Jaao” Rashid Khan hilariously trolls GT after defeating Rajasthan Royals

The Gujarat Titans extended their dominant run in IPL 2022 as they beat the Rajasthan Royals in Qualifier 1. The Titans have now entered their maiden IPL final in their first tournament credit to knocks from Hardik Pandya and David Miller.

Winning 10 out of their 14 games in the league stage, the Titans wreaked havoc as they topped the points table. Credit to various players pitching in at different stages, they seem to be one of the most balanced teams.

Meanwhile, following the win, Gujarat Titans tweeted about having a four-day break until their next match in the IPL 2022 finals and asked what they might do in the interim. Rashid, who is known for his witty responses, told the Gujarat Titans’ Twitter followers to go to sleep in response to their inquiry.

Rashid Khan has been one of the key players for Gujarat Titans in the IPL 2022. This season, however, has seen a new Rashid Khan as the 23-year old contributed equally with both bath and ball.

Rashid picked up 18 wickets at an economy rate of 6.73 and made some spectacular cameos down the order. In qualifier 1, although he didn’t get any wickets, he didn’t concede a single four or six in his spell.

The Gujarat Titans will face the winner of Qualifier 2 in the finals at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. On May 27, Rajasthan Royals and Royal Challengers Bangalore will compete in Qualifier 2 at Eden Gardens in Kolkata.
