Mukesh Ambani, chairman of Reliance Industries (RIL), Sundar Pichai, CEO of Google and former Team India head coach Ravi Shastri were spotted together in a cricket match at Lord’s Cricket Stadium.
On Monday, August 8, Ambani and Pichai attended the Men’s Hundred 2022 match between the hosts London Spirit and Manchester Originals at the Lord’s Cricket Ground. The image of the trio watching the game together was tweeted by Shastri on his official Twitter handle. He wrote:
Ravi Shastri is in the UK for a commentary stint as a Sky Sports broadcaster for the ongoing second edition of The Hundred. However, It’s unclear at this time why Mukesh Ambani and Sundar Pichai are in the United Kingdom, either personally or professionally.
Meanwhile, the Google boss Sundar Pichai is a hardcore cricket enthusiast. Pichai was also seen in attendance along with Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar during the World Cup 2019 league clash between England and India. Talking of cricket interests of Mukesh Ambani, he owns the IPL franchise Mumbai Indians.
