Manish Pandey IPL 2024 Mini-Auction Price and Team

The Karnataka prodigy, Manish Pandey has been in the IPL for over a decade now. The right-handed batter has been a part of many teams in the league. His latest stint was with the debutants of IPL 2022, Lucknow Super Giants. The 33-year-old didn’t manage to showcase any impactful knock for LSG in the last season. Prior to IPL 2022, Pandey has been an integral part of the Sunrisers Hyderabad franchise. Being in the league ever since its inception, Pandey has scored two centuries during his time in IPL. Pandey entered the IPL 2024 mini-auction with a base price of 1 crore.

Pandey entered the mini-auction list with the base price settled at 1 crore. Subsequently, Delhi Capitals acquired the right-handed batter for INR 2.4 crores.

Manish Pandey encaptured the limelight when he scored a century for Royal Challengers Bangalore in IPL 2009. Post the blazing season, Pandey transitioned among many franchises like the former Pune Warriors, Kolkata Knight Riders, and Royal Challengers Bangalore. In 2018, Pandey found a home in Sunrisers Hyderabad as they brought him under the hammer for a whopping 11 crores. Pandey remained the core of Hyderabad’s batting line-up straight up to the IPL 2021. However, the orange franchise released him ahead of the 2022 mega-auction. In turn, the new Lucknow based franchised acquired Pandey for 4.60 crores in the mega-auction. However, with a meek batting performance, LSG released Pandey ahead of IPL 2024 mini-auction.
