The luck and fortune of the Indian all-rounder Hardik Pandya seemed to be all by his side during the 3rd T20I match against South Africa. Hardik Pandya came to bat on the crease in the last ball of 14th over. Tabraiz Shamsi came in to bowl the 15th over and on the 3rd delivery of, a moment was made to scalp Pandya’s wicket when he was just on 1 run. One of the best fielders of modern-day cricket, David Miller unfortunately dropped the catch. Fortunate enough for Hardik to still be on the crease and then he got away with 2 runs because of the miss-field. However, this was not the only lucky moment for the all-rounder but he also smashed some quite eccentric boundaries. He might have gotten out by hitting those fours and sixes, if it wasn’t his blessed day. The Indian leg-spinner, Amit Mishra reacted on Hardik Pandya’s fortune during the 3rd T20I and shared a hilarious tweet which has now gone viral.

Hardik Pandya, however, contributed 31 runs from 21 deliveries and led India to a fighting total of 179 runs. India won the match and has kept the hopes of the fans alive as they beat South Africa by a large margin of 49 runs. Apart from Pandya, Yuzvendra Chahal was awarded with the ‘Player of the Match’. He scalped a total of 3 wickets by conceding just 20 runs. Harshal Patel was also quite effective with his bowling. He took 4 wickets and conceded mere 25 runs.
