5) 139* runs (122 balls) vs Australia
Batting first India put up a total of 296 for 4 against Australia at Sydney on 22nd January 2004. It was then the brilliance of Yuvraj who played an impactful innings of 139 runs off 122 deliveries. Hitting the ball hard with a powerful strike rate of 113.93, Yuvraj slammed 16 fours and 2 huge sixes. This century added one more to his 14 centuries in 304 ODI internationals. Yuvraj played a determined innings and stayed on the crease till 49.3 overs. Tough Australia won the match by 2 wickets with 1 ball remaining by DLS method; Yuvraj was declared the player of the match.

4)112 runs (129 balls) vs Pakistan
In the India tour of Pakistan on the 5th April 2004, though the host team won, Yuvraj proved his worth. At the Gaddafi stadium, India struggled after losing first 5 wickets, batting first the total was 125 for 5 in the first innings. Then Yuvraj put up a fabulous show of 112 runs which lead India to a decent total. Playing in a test innings with a mighty strike rate of 86.82, Yuvraj did his job hitting 15 fours and 2 maximums. Yuvraj’s classic innings along with Dravid, Sehwag and Irfan led India’s total to a decent 287. Despite Yuvraj’s century, Pakistan defeated India in the second test by 9 wickets.
3) 150 runs (127 balls) vs England
Yuvraj played another stunning innings in the Barabati stadium, Cuttack in India. In the 2nd ODI on January 19 2017, Yuvraj again displayed his magnificence and skills by scoring 150 off 127. England winning the toss and India given to bat first lost 3 early wickets, Yuvraj slammed 21 fours and 3 sixes. Mahendra Singh Dhoni also played an excellent 134 runs innings off just 122 balls. Playing with a decent and aggressive strike rate of 118.11, Yuvraj Singh was declared the player of the match. India won the 2nd ODI and defeated England by 15 runs.
2) 169 runs (203 balls) vs Pakistan
Another century out of the 3 centuries of 40 test internationals came in Pakistan tour of India in 2007. Yuvraj’s another electrifying knock came against Pakistan on December 8 at the ground of Chinnayswamy. Batting first in the 1st innings losing 3 early wickets, Sourav Ganguly played a sublime 239 runs innings of 361 balls. It was then Yuvraj came out to bat and played confident shots with an outstanding strike rate of 83.25. Yuvraj scored 169 off 203 deliveries. Hitting the ball all-round the ground, Rahul smashed 28 fours and 1 six. Though playing this fine innings, the 3rd test in Bengaluru was drawn.
1)58 runs (16 balls) vs England

In the 2007 ICC T20 World cup, winning the toss and batting first in the 21st match India stood at 218 for 4. Playing at Kingsmead stadium, Durban on 19th September the first wicket partnership was of 136 runs. Besides Gautam Gambhir and Virender Sehwag, Yuvraj was also primal in making India reach the massive total. Yuvraj showed his excellence with his bat with a tremendous strike rate of 362.50 scoring 58 off 16 balls. The left-handed all-rounder hit 7 sixes and 3 fours and the fastest half-century in just 14 balls. Yuvraj also hit 6 off the 7 sixes in a single over against Stuart Broad in the match.
In a T20I career of 58 matches, Yuvraj remains the only one to hit 6 sixes in an over. India won the match by 15 runs and Yuvraj was declared the player of the match.
