Just at the age of 21, Świątek uplifted her second major title. She became the 10th woman in the Open Era to win multiple titles at the Roland Garros. Świątek won her first title at the same court in 2020 amid COVID-19.

She is also the 4th youngest multiple Roland Garros champion in the Open Era at 21. Monica Seles, the one of the greatest- Stefanie Graf and Chris Evert are ahead in the list. After the hoist of her second Roland Garros championship title, she became the youngest multiple Slam winner since the Russian, Maria Sharapova hefts her 2nd major at 19 at the US Open 2006.

Iga Świątek levels the longest winning streak with Venus Williams

Świątek equalled her winning streak of 35 consecutive wins with Venus Williams by defeating the American teen, Coco Gauff in the Roland Garros finals 2022. She locked her 35th win in the finals by straight sets victory over Gauff.

This record was recorded on the name of a female player, Venus Williams with 35 consecutive wins between Wimbledon and Linz 2000.

She also concretes her World No one position with 8631 points which is almost the double points of the World No two, Anett Kontaveit.

Świątek is the player with the lowest games-lost ratio in the finals

Iga Świątek played only 10 WTA Finals in which she lost less than 5 games in all. She won all her last 9 WTA tournament finals with two sets win and not more than five games loss. Świątek leads the record of lowest games-lost ratio in finals since 2000.

Along with Świątek, Serena Williams and Elena Svitolina are in the top five from Open Era. She has lost 4.7 games on an average per match in 10 WTA level finals which is a unbelievable record hold by any player.
