Jos Buttler smashed his 4th ton of IPL 2022, leading the team to the final. The English cricketer has been looking in great touch this year and all RR fans are animate when he performs well. One such enthusiastic RR fan is misunderstood to be his wife. The Rajasthan fan is none other than Proteas cricketer Rassie van der Dussen’s wife Lara, she opened up about the misunderstanding and jokingly mentions adopting Jos Buttler as her second husband. Recently, Jos’s family has flown down to India to support him for the Playoffs.
On the other hand, Lara van der Dussen has been in the stand cheering for RR since the beginning. She has been cheering enthusiastically for the team. Buttler has been the star performer in quite some instances. This is why the misunderstanding has arisen. In the recent episode of the Rajasthan Royals podcast, Lara has cleared the air around it.

People think Iโm Josโ wife. I definitely think itโs because Iโve been in camera quite a few times. And Dhanashree and I cannot control ourselves next to the field as we are quite invested in the cheering. And Jos has been getting 100s as we go along and maybe the excitement has got people thinking probably Iโm part of him, so itโs quite interesting. Rassie has not played as much in the IPL so I havenโt been able to show the same sentiment to him. So Iโll just adopt the cheering for Jos for now on and enjoy it.โ
