Bhuvneshwar Kumar picked a five-wicket haul against the Gujrat Titans at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad tonight! He picked three of those in the last over giving away only two runs! His spotless bowling has helped SRH restrict GT to 188/9 despite Shubman Gill’s ton. This is the first time Bhuvneshwar has taken 4+ wickets in an innings in IPL since 2018
This is Bhuvneshwar Kumar‘s second 5-fer in the IPL. He becomes only the third bowler to pick two 5-fers in IPL! The other two bowlers are James Faulkner and Jaydev Unadkat. His figures of 5/30 are also the third-best bowling figures for Sunrisers Hyderabad in the IPL! The best bowling figures also belong to Bhuvneshwar Kumar, which are 5/19 against Kings XI Punjab (now Punjab Kings) in 2017!
He started by edging off Saha for a three-ball duck in the first over. Saha particularly had a good match-up against Bhuvi smashing him for 41 runs in 30 balls in the IPL without being dismissed before this game!

Bhuvneshwar Kumar then took out GT skipper Hardik Pandya with a outside-off delivery! He then returned to bowl the final over and picked up Shubman Gill and Rashid Khan of the first two deliveries! He missed the hat-trick but inflicted a direct hit to runout Noor Ahmed and then picked Shami to finally claim the five-wicket haul!
