The Australian white-ball captain Aaron Finch in a video shared by Cricket Australia‘s official Twitter handle congratulates India for its 75th Year of Independence. The Australian captain begins with a chivalrous ‘Namaste’. Finch further acknowledges the 75 historic years of Indo-Australian cricket.
Aaron Finch to Retire
35-year-old Finch announced his retirement from ODI cricket on 10th September. As he played his last ODI against New Zealand in Cairns, on the previous Sunday. However, he will continue his International cricket journey in the other two formats.

Australia’s Tour of India 2022
Team Australia has just arrived at Mohali to play their first out of the three matches against India. While the first T20 will be played tomorrow at Punjab Cricket Association’s IS Bindra Stadium. The rest of the games are set to be played at Vidarbha Cricket Association Stadium, Nagpur, and Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, Hyderabad on 23rd and 25th September, respectively.
Furthermore, India is set to play a three-match series against the ‘unbeaten’ South Africa later this month. The upcoming ICC T20 World Cup will be held in Australia. Hence, these two impending series will help the Indian contingent prepare for the multi-nation tournament. Rohit Sharma‘s lads would like to regain their confidence after the desolate defeat in the Asia Cup 2022.
