Nikhat Zareen, an Indian from Telangana, made history by capturing the gold medal in the women’s world championship in 2022. She was born on June 14, 1996. His two older daughters are both practising medicine. Mohammad, who is an athlete, had always wished for her one daughter to pursue a career in athletics. Then his third daughter Nikhat Zareen decided to get into sports as a career.

Her boxing career
Nikhat competed in the 2011 Women’s Junior and Youth World Boxing Championship after winning the Golden Best Boxer title in 2010. In boxing, she participated in the Flyweight division. In that match, she defeated Turkish boxer Ulku Demir to win the gold medal. Nikhat Zareen first won a Senior title in 2016; later, in 2019, she won an international match and returned home with a silver medal from the Thailand Open International Boxing Tournament.

She now wins a gold medal in 2022, becoming the Women’s World Champion. She triumphed over Thailand’s Jitping Jutaamas, a female boxer, in the Fly weight division. Istanbul, Turkey, was the site of the final event. She is now the fifth woman to hold the title of Women’s Boxing Champion in India. Before Nikhat, the Women’s World Boxing Championship gold medal was won by Jeeny R.L., Mary Kom, Lekha K.C., and Laishrma Sarita Devi. Nikhat is now concentrating on her objective to capture an Olympic gold medal at the 2024 Summer Games in Rio.
