Jos Buttler smashed his second IPL century against his former franchise Mumbai Indians in Navi Mumbai. His 68 ball 100 kept the josh high in the RR camp as MI bowlers looked clueless against him. After the world witnessed the monstrous form of Russell last night, Buttler went a step ahead to hit the first hundred by any batter in IPL 15.
At the end of the batting powerplay, RR were at a decent score of 48 but had lost two wickets in the form of Jaiswal and Paddikal. Buttler looked in blistering form and the onus was on him to steer RR towards a massive score. Skipper Samson and Caribbean power-hitter Shimron Heytmer stitched two crucial stands with him, as Jos was unstoppable in the middle. The English superstar bludgeoned Basil Thampi for 26 runs in a single over as he dictated the terms in his entire knock. In total, the wicket-keeper hit 11 fours and 5 sixes while 1 of the maximum went up to 101m.
