Williams also comments on how she fought with this severe issue.

To avoid some of the trouble, it’s important not to use so much ice in your beverages. Sometimes that stops you up and makes you get a lot of pressure.

I’ve learned taking hot, hot showers — as hot as you can stand it — helps clear those passage ways. And working out helps a lot. That keeps you clear, keeps your chest clear and keeps everything clear.”

What happens with Sinusitis?

Sinusitis is an inflammation of the sinuses, which are hollow regions behind your cheeks that attach to your nose. When the membrane of these spaces thickens, mucus cannot drain properly from your nose and throat.

Mild sinusitis patients should wipe their noses with a salt water solution or get a decongestant nasal spray from a pharmacist.
