Japan Open 2022 Men’s Prize Money
Talking about the men’s side, the prize money for the winner is $355,310, which is approx. 6.7% less than what was given to the winner of the tournament last year.
The runner-up’s prize money has also seen a decrease of 7.0% compared to 2019, as he will receive $182,825.
The player who makes it to the round of 16 will receive $26,095, a rise of mere 0.2% compared to 2019.
However, the prize money has seen a good increase in the Qualifying 1 and Qualifying 2 stages as the losers have got an increase in the amount they receive, that being $4,380 (+58.1%) and $7,810 (+40.8%) respectively.
