Argentina player Guillermo Vilas holds a record for the Longest Match Winning Streaks in Tennis for the past 45 years. This tennis legend has won 46 matches in a streak, including Grand Slam US Open. His winning streak started when he was defeated in the third round at Wimbledon. He started his streak by winning the Kitzbuhel clay tournament in Austria. He then cruised through all the tournaments in the US by winning in Washington, DC, Louisville, South Orange, and Columbus. His winning streak came to an end when he was defeated by Romanian Former World Number 1 Ilie Nastase in Aix en Provence.

(2) Ivan Lendl

Matches:- 44

In 1981 and 1982, Ivan Lendl made a record of the Longest Match Winning Streaks in Tennis of 44 matches. During the streak, in 1981 he won titles in Madrid, Barcelona, Basel, Vienna, Cologne, and Buenos Aires. In 1982, Ivan won the Masters Tournament. His winning streak came to an end when he lost to Yannick Noah at La Quinta in Delray Beach in 1982.

The legendary tennis icon Bjorn Borg went on to win 43 matches in a row. He defeated legends like Rod Laver, Tony Roche, Cliff Drysdale, and Vitus Gerulaitis in Las Vegas to start his winning streak. This tennis legend then went on to win titles in Milan and Rome in a row. He also wins two Grand Slams in Roland Garros and Wimbledon.

He lost his winning streak when he lost against Jimmy Connors in the US Open Finals.

(4) Novak Djokovic

The Serbian tennis icon Novak Djokovic is the only tennis player with eight winning streaks of 20 matches. He even had one going in 2021, as he won 22 matches last year alone.

His 43 wins are the third longest men’s winning streak. Novak winning streak started when we won ATP Tour Finals and went on to win Davis Cup, Australian Open, Dubai Championship, Indiana Well Masters, Miami Open, Serbia Open, Madrid Open and Italian Open. His winning streak came to an end when he lost to Roger Federer in the French Open Finals.
