He has helped Williams finish great in the constructors’ championship despite driving a slower car. His performance has improved season by season, and he is currently one of the best racers on the grid.
Albon is a star performer, and he shares the best advice that Franz Tost gave him.

“Franz Tost talked to me about F1 when I was a rookie. He said, ‘Alex if there is one thing you need to learn about F1, it is to don’t give a f*ck!’ It sounds so simple, but it is so true.”
Albon began his F1 career in 2019 with the Toro Rosso team. In the same season, he was upgraded to a Red Bull seat and scored 92 points in his debut. In the next season, he improved his performance and scored 105 points.
However, due to inconsistent performances, he was left out of the team in the 2021 season. Then, in 2022, he was signed by the Williams Team and is currently racing for them. He has showcased improvements in the past few seasons and is one of the best on the grid.
