In the history of PKL, the 2 crore INR mark has been breached for the first time. Pawan Sehrawat was bought by the Tamil Thalaivas for a whooping price about 2 crore. The top 4 most expensive players out of PKL 2024: Top 5 Most Expensive Players, are over 1 crore INR.
Pawan Kumar Sehrawat (2.26 cr – Tamil Thalaivas)
When Sehrawat was acquired by Tamil Thalaivas for the staggering price of Rs 2.26 crore, he became the first player in PKL history to surpass the Rs 2 crore threshold. The top raider for the past three seasons has been Sehrawat, also known as the “HI-Flyer.”
Vikash Khandola (1.70 cr – Bengaluru Bulls)
Vikash Kandola, a 24-year-old raider who played for the Haryana Steelers until last season, was purchased by Bengaluru Bulls for Rs 1.70 crore, making him the second most expensive purchase in PKL Auction history. The Running Hand Touch is Vikash’s key offensive tool.
Fazel Atrachali (1.38 cr – Puneri Paltan)
After being purchased by Puneri Paltan for INR 1.38Cr, Iranian kabaddi legend Fazel Atrachali broke the record for the most expensive defender and foreign player ever. When U Mumba selected Atrachali in the 2018 PKL Player Auctions for INR 1 crore, he already held both of the records. In the PKL, Sultan’ Fazel is referred to as a Tiger.

Guman Singh (1.21 cr – U Mumba)
At the PKL Player Auctions, Guman was the most expensive Category B player, going for a whopping INR 1.21 crore to U Mumba. The raider, who played for the Patna Pirates last season, was a standout during Season 8, scoring 95 points in 19 games.

Pardeep Narwal (90 lakhs – UP Yoddha)
The Gujarat Giants offered Rs 90 lakh for the seasoned raider Narwal, but after the franchisee utilised the Final Bid Match (FBM) Card to keep him, Narwal returned to the UP Yoddha side. Narwal, a left raider, is an expert at every trick in the book and specialises in the difficult escape manoeuvre known as the “Dubki” for a raider.
