Previously, Arsenal held talks with Leeds following their original offer of £30 million with add-ons. However, they were denied last week and put forth a second proposal, which did not come near to Chelsea’s bid, and the Brazilian winger is now set to join the Stamford Bridge side.

Raphinha’s last season performance in Leeds
The ex-Leeds winger had a somewhat thrilling Premier League season last year. The club was on the verge of relegation, they became stagnant mid season. Nonetheless, Raphinha started 35 games and scored a total of 11 goals.
His style of play through the wing was one to watch, he handles his positioning and creates multiple chances for the in-box players.
Chelseas manager Thomas Tuchel expects to make the most of his transfer and build upon the attacking line.
