“Give it out sir in our innings you always give the decision out sir,” Mayank said to the umpire after the umpire denied lbw against Hetymer off Arshdeep

The incident happened in the 15th over of the match between Punjab Kings and Rajasthan Royals.

In the ongoing match between Punjab Kings and Rajasthan Royals happening at Wankhede stadium in Mumbai, a funny incident occured between Punjab Kings captain, Mayank Aggarwal and the umpire.

The incident occurred in the 15th over of the match, when Arshdeep was bowling to Shimron Hetymer. It was the first ball that Shimron Hetymer was facing in the match. Arshdeep on a good length and angling back into the left-hander, Hetmyer shuffled across slightly and was then pinned in front of leg-stump, the ball was perhaps sliding down with the angle.

There was an appeal from Punjab Kings players to the umpire, but the umpire declined the appeal. Mayank Aggarwal then jokingly said to him that, “toh out do na sir…. hamara toh aisa decision out dete ho sir” which means that, “give it out sir, in our innings you always give the decision out sir”. After the banter, both the umpire and Mayank were laughing at the light hearted moment.
