Jack Campbell is a professional ice hockey goaltender who currently plays for the Edmonton Oilers of the National Hockey League (NHL). Last year in June, he got engaged to his long-time girlfriend Ashley Sonnenberg.
Jack Campbell was born on January 9, 1992, in Port Huron, Michigan to parents Jack Sr. and Debbie. His amateur career started with the Detroit Little Caesars in 2005 and later got drafted into the Ontario Hockey League. The NHL’s team Dallas Stars drafted him in the 2010 NHL Entry Draft and he played his debut game against Oklahoma City Barons on March 23.
Then in 2016, Los Angeles Kings traded in Campbell, before moving to Toronto Maple Leafs in February 2020. He signed a deal worth $25 million with his present team Edmonton Oilers for five years.
