Last season was completely dominated by the Red Bull F1 team. They won 21 Grand Prix and both championships convincingly. However, the team decided to make major changes to the design and side pods for the 2024 season despite having the best car. They went on to trust Adrian Newey’s RB20, and it was a big gamble.
Moreover, things weren’t that promising during the pre-season testing sessions. But when it came down to qualifying and racing, the RB20 turned out to be a beast.
Red Bull has back-to-back top-two finishes and is comfortably leading both championships. Max Verstappen has begun the season with two pole and race wins. Similarly, Sergio Perez has shown consistency with two second-place finishes.
The Red Bull F1 team is looking strong and might have 24 on 24 race wins this season. How? Let us review both races so far.
Know how Adrian Newey’s RB20 might give 24 on 24 race wins this season
Red Bull didn’t have an overwhelming pre-season test and was behind on various occasions. But when it came down to the qualifying and races, they checked every box and got perfect results.
Their race strategies, air flow, tire degradation, pace, and every other aspect have worked out. Moreover, if we compare their last season’s gap between P1 and P2, the numbers might be shocking.

Either it is Adrian Newey’s RB20, or it is the skillful driving of Max Verstappen. Based on the current situation, other cars are far behind Red Bull and are fighting for the third-place finish. It is too early to say, but we think Red Bull can have a perfect 24-on-24 race win this season.
Also, we might see all the wins in the 2024 season by Max Verstappen. The only challenge that Verstappen has is the Singapore Grand Prix. Max doesn’t have a good record at the Marina Bay Circuit. The last two outings for Verstappen have been outside the podium finishes.
