“It really has been a fantastic year!” says Christian Horner

The 2023 F1 season will only be remembered for the dominance of Red Bull and their drivers. Since the first Grand Prix, they have dominated every single Grand Prix and have lost only one race in the entire season. Yes, they lost only one race and have won all the other Grand Prix of the 2023 F1 season. After they won all the championships of the season and P1 and P2 in the drivers’ championship, their team principal, Christian Horner, said something that no one can deny.

Red Bull Team Principal Christian Horner said,

“It really has been a fantastic year!”

Here is the full statement: “Max’s 18th win, a 20th victory for us, and our first P1 and P2 in the Drivers’ Championship. It really has been a fantastic year.”

Not just Horner, but Verstappen and Perez were also happy with their performances.

Max Verstappen said,

“It’s great that we’ve secured the one-two in the championship this year.”

Sergio Perez said,

“I am very proud to secure the team’s first one-two in the drivers’ championship, it’s a massive piece of history for us.”

To be honest, no team in F1 history has dominated a season like Red Bull and their drivers. Max has won 18 wins with 20 podium finishes and has missed just one podium of the season. He has single-handedly defeated every driver and constructor in the overall season standings. On the other hand, Checo has 2 wins with 9 podium finishes and has secured the No. 2 position in the 2023 F1 season. This is his career-best, and he has secured his Red Bull seat for the next season.
