Max Verstappen might join Ferrari in the future

The Dutch racing driver Max Verstappen is the new king of Formula 1. He is just 26 years old and has won three F1 championships. Not only championships, but he is also breaking and creating several records in F1 history.

He started his F1 career with Red Bull Racing in 2015 and has been a part of the team for nearly a decade. So far, he has made 180 Grand Prix appearances and won 49 of them. It is clear that the Dutch racer is going to break more records.

Recently, in an interview, he was asked about a possible future at Ferrari.

Max Verstappen said

, “Future at Ferrari? When my contract expires, I will be 31, and I think I can still do well.”

His contract with Red Bull will expire in 2028, and whether Red Bull will offer him an extension contract, only time will let us know. Red Bull has always preferred to have young drivers on their team, and most likely, a driver at the age of 31 will not be their first choice.

Joining Ferrari is every racing driver’s dream. Some of the Red Bull drivers, like Sebastian Vettel and Carlos Sainz, have joined Ferrari after being Red Bull drivers. Max Verstappen joining Ferrari would not be surprising news, but that may be in the future. Currently, he is a Red Bull driver and is dominating the world of Formula 1.
