Josko Gvardiol, a defender for RB Leipzig who has already been linked to Manchester United, Real Madrid, and Man City, is reportedly a target for Liverpool once more.
The Southampton midfielder James Ward-Prowse is another player the Reds reportedly considered signing this summer. Last but not least, Sofyan Amrabat of Fiorentina is once more being linked to a transfer to Liverpool.
According to sources, James Milner has not yet received a new contract offer from Liverpool.
The 37-year-old signed a one-year extension at the end of the previous season, but unless he comes to fresh terms before June, his current contract will expire. It appears that no offer has been made as of yet, though.
David Ornstein of The Athletic recently tweeted: “Despite Jürgen Klopp’s desire for James Milner, 37, to stay, Liverpool has yet to begin contract negotiations with him. Signed a one-year deal with favorable terms last June, and while he intends to stay (preferably at #LFC), he is free to choose a new club if he so chooses.”
For the past few months, a number of Premier League teams, including Liverpool, have been connected with Napoli striker Victor Osimhen.
Yet according to reports from February, Liverpool had entered the bidding for Osimhen. Ahead of the summer transfer season, Real Madrid, Arsenal, and Chelsea have also reportedly expressed interest in the 24-year-old.
Antonio Silva, a center-back for Benfica, is one of Liverpool’s top summer transfer targets, claims writer Dean Jones of GIVEMESPORT.
The Reds are vying for the Portuguese defender’s services because of his remarkable play in both Europe and his home leagues.

Football Insider claims that Liverpool is still tenaciously seeking a deal to bring England midfielder Jude Bellingham, who now plays for Borussia Dortmund, to Anfield.
The Reds are reportedly obsessed with signing the 19-year-old ahead of a midfield makeover in the summer, despite tough competition from teams like Real Madrid, Manchester City, Chelsea, and Manchester United, according to the report.
Despite recent reports to the contrary, Liverpool is still interested in signing the England international during the summer transfer window. This is despite Dortmund’s desire for a club-record transfer fee.
