Fulham star Fabio Carvalho has finally agreed a deal with Liverpool over his switch to the Merseyside club. The star-studded Portuguese has signed on a five-year deal. He was in high demand in the winter transfer window last January and Liverpool were looking to grab him but the deal fell apart in the deadline day. Liverpool came back yet again with the offer to sign Carvalho for a whopping deal of £5m million plus add-ons. He has been a great player in the midfield for Fulham in the Championship this season and Jurgen Klopp is ever more confident that the young prospect will be pivotal in the next season for his side as well.

Fabio Carvalho has become the first signing of the English side for the next season. Jurgen Klopp knew Fulham was in huge demand since the last transfer window and saw the opportunity and sought full advantage of the situation and responded quickly by signing him for £5 plus add-ons on an undisclosed salary keeping him at the club until 2027.

Huge Boost for Liverpool in the midfield:
With Carvalho in the squad, it will give Jurgen Klopp a huge boost in the midfield. He will be pairing up with the exciting midfield force of Thiago Alcantara, Jordan Henderson, Naby Keita, Fabinho, James Milner and the promising youngstar Curtis Jones for the next season.
Problems for Fulham:
With Carvalho gone and Fulham back into the Premier League, it will be a hard summer transfer window for Marco Silva to find a proper replacement. Rumors suggest that the Liverpool-starman Takumi Minamino is the replacement that Fulham are looking for this summer.
