Bangladesh: Indian Women’s team lost to Pakistan Women’s team in a well-contested match. As an all-round bowling performance led by Nashra Sandhu (3/30) beat the tournament favorites by 13 runs. Chasing a low target of 138, Harmanpreet Kaur led India lost their first in the Women’s Asia Cup 2022. However, it took Pakistan more than 6 years to win over the Women in Blue.
Pakistan W won the toss and decided to bat first. A thrilling contest witnessed at Sylhet International Cricket Stadium. A historic win as this is the third time they have defeated India W in T20Is. India still remains at the top of the points table with 6 points, however Pakistan is not much behind, as they hold the second stop with same number of points.
