The Pakistani all-rounder, Shadab Khan has won hearts while he greets a fan who invaded the pitch and saluted the cricketer. It happened during the 39th over when Pakistan was batting on the field in the 2nd ODI of the series against West Indies. Anderson Phillip, the WI bowler, was all set to bowl the delivery to the all-rounder. However, the game was interrupted by a fan who ran all the way from the boundaries to Shadab and saluted him. On the other hand, the Pakistani cricketer embraced his fan with a heart-warming hug. The whole Multan Cricket stadium lit up on the sweet gesture by Shadab.

Pakistan bagged the victory by a whopping 120 runs along with winning the ODI series against West Indies as well. Babar Azam won the toss and chose to bat first, where Pakistan put up a big total of 275 runs. Not to mention, their bowlers scalped the whole team of West Indies on mere 155 runs. Highest wicket-takers from the match were Mohammad Nawaz; 4/19, Mohammad Wasim; 3/34 and Shadab Khan; 2/40.
Babar Azam played a captain’s knock, yet again and scored crucial 77 runs. Along with him, Imam-Ul-Haq also played an important inning of 72 runs.
