The Road Safety World Series is scheduled to begin on September 10, 2022. The competition’s second season will take place in India. This season, there will be 8 teams competing in the competition.
The eight teams competing in the Road Safety World Series 2022 are the West Indies Legends, West Indies Legends, England Legends, South Africa Legends, Bangladesh Legends, Sri Lanka Legends, Australia Legends, New Zealand Legends, and India Legends. The competition will feature a number of ex-legendary athletes. India Legends and South Africa Legends will square off in the first game of the Road Safety World Series in 2022. The game will be held in Kanpur’s Green Park Stadium. Each side will participate in five T20 matches throughout the competition.
India Legends won the trophy last year. Can they retain it this year too?
Consequently, each team is assigned to play games against 5 other teams out of 7. The top four clubs in the points standings at the conclusion of the league stage will advance to the semi-finals. The semi-finalists’ champions will compete in the championship match. On October 1, the Road Safety World Series 2022 championship game is scheduled to take place in Raipur’s Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh International Stadium. India Legends is the defending champions of the tournament. Last year in the debut season of the Road Safety World Series, India legends Legends crushed Sri Lanka Legends by 14 runs in the final to grab the trophy. Last season, only 6 teams participated in the tournament.
