Matthew Tkachuk is a professional ice hockey player and captains the Florida Panthers in the National Hockey League (NHL). Many of his fans want to know about his relationship status; whether he has a girlfriend or not. But before going there, read a brief bio of the 25-year-old winger.

Tkachuk was born in the Phoenix suburb of Scottsdale. He is the son of United States Hockey Hall of Fame member Keith Tkachuk, who played 1,201 games in the NHL. Tkachuk attended Chaminade College Preparatory School but left it to join the United States Hockey League.

Tkachuk was drafted 6th overall by Calgary Flames in 2016. But before that, he played in the Quebec International Pee-Wee Hockey Tournament in 2010. In 2015, he signed a contract with the London Knights of the Ontario Hockey League (OHL). He even scored the match-winning goal for his team in the Memorial Cup final in 2016. Later, with the Calgary Flames, Tkachuk became the second youngest teenager in history to reach 100 games. With this team, he also scored his first career NHL hat trick in 2018.
