Owen Hart Cup Women’s Tournament Match: Willow Nightingale vs. Nyla Rose
Willow Nightingale was victorious against Nyla Rose in a decent quarterfinal match. Nyla went for an early pin but the NJPW’s Strong women’s champion kicked out. Nyla was able to dominate after Marina Shafir’s distraction, but couldn’t stop Willow from making a comeback with a running knee. The match ended with Willow advancing to the next round after delivering a huge slam to Nyla.
The Outcasts interrupt the celebration and surround Willow, but Skye Blue comes to her rescue. A good way to set up the future events involving the women.

Powerhouse Hobbs vs. Jeremy Prophet
A squash match between Hobbs and Prophet. Powerhouse Hobbs decimates Prophet with a spinebuster for the three count, building him up for the Owen Hart Tournament match next week.
CM Punk, FTR and Ricky Starks vs. Bullet Club Gold and The Gunns
CM Punk joined forces with FTR and Ricky Starks to take on the heels. Unlike Chicago, the Toronto crowd welcomed Punk with loud boos. The crowd was involved throughout the main event, causing a little distraction when Punk was in the ring. The match started with Punk and Jay White in the ring. Later in the match, Juice Robinson attempted a Gts on Punk himself but the latter escaped. The sequence involving all eight men was entertaining. In the end, Ricky was taken out with a sling blade followed with a spike by Jay. The team of Bullet Gold and The Gunns secure a surprising victory over the favourites. CM Punk’s heel turn seems inevitable, and we are here for it.

Overall, an enjoyable show in Toronto before Forbidden Door. The matches were solid and entertaining. The crowd was active and lively as expected. Immensely waiting for the PPV tomorrow.
