The Roland Garros has arrived at the doorsteps, starting from 22 May to the first week of June. As usual, there are twenty seats for the qualifiers and wildcard entries.
Jo-Wilfried Tsonga takes the wildcard for the Roland Garros 2022 along with another Frenchmen, Gilles Simon. Tsongo and Simon will play for the last time before retirement. Jo-Wilfried Tsonga early stated that he played his last tournament at the Challengers, France. But he will play once again for the last time in front of his home crowd in the French Open 2022.

Earlier this month, the Frenchman, Gilles Simon declared that he will no longer play tennis after the end of his ongoing tournament. Surprisingly, he is in the lead of the wildcard entry along with Tsongo.
Every year there are a total of sixteen reserved seats for both women and men with eight seats respectively.

Along with wildcards, there will be qualifiers too. The qualifier rounds will start one week early than the main matches. The 2021 champions, Novak Djokovic and Barbora Krejčíková will try to defend their title this year too.
