The eight seed Carlos Alcaraz will take on world No. 42 Sebastian Korda in the Second round of the 2022 ATP Monte Carlo Masters on Wednesday.
The eighteen year old Carlos Alcaraz has been in tremendous form this year. The Spaniard reached the round of 32 in the Australian Open before loosing to Berrettini in five sets. He made it to the semi finals of the Indian Wells Open. Following that he was crowned champion in the Miami Open after defeating Casper Ruud 7-5, 6-4 in the Final. Alcaraz is amazing player in clay as well. He picked up his first ATP title on this surface in Croatia and also picked up a title in the Rio Open this year.
Sebastian Korda is having a good year so far and he started his 2022 clay season with a win against Botic Van de Zandschulp on Monday. The 21-year-old was a quarterfinalist in Delray Beach and reached the third rounds of the Australian and the Miami Opens. It is going to be a tough second round for the American, but we can never rule him off. We most definitely can hope for a good match.

Carlos Alcaraz vs Sebastian Korda Match Prediction: Who will win this match?
Korda has been playing good tennis this year and it is unfortunate for him to face Alcaraz in just the second round of the tournament. With the form Alcaraz seems to be in, it is unlikely for him to be defeated in this match.
